Westport "Plank" House

We are in the very early stages of finding a person or group interested in restoring this early 1800's home. The home is in need of extensive repairs to bring it up to the standards of neighboring homes in the center of Westport.

The owner, who lives nearby and is in love with the surrounding neighborhood, would like to solicit proposals from interested buyers that includes their "vision" for the property. Being in harmony with the character of the entire neighborhood and being able to restore the charm of the home is an important factor in determining an acceptable purchase price.

Cobble Mountain Lodge

This Adirondack "camp" was designed by the famous theater architect Thomas W. Lamb for his private summer residence. Links to work by Mr. Lamp include: The Audubon Ballroom; The Lincoln Theater in Miami Beach; The Landmark Theater in Syracuse; many others.
